1. Yes. Max is what I'd consider the greatest Ultraman series ever, but there's some really great episodes and you get a lot of appearences from the older Showa actors. The FX are also top notch, so yeah, I'd definetly download them.
2.I don't think there's a direct connection between Gaia and 7. They maight have been compared because both of them have a more serious tone to them than most of the other series.
3. Cool. MEbius is a great series.
4. I havn't even tried to download teh VLS player yet. Hopefully teh codec will allow me to play that file in my other players, but it'll probably be a few days before I can actually try and mess with it. I'll let you know what happens when I do.

Hi Seijin,
I've downloaded the player from this website : http://www.videolan.org/
It worked for me so I think it will work for you also! It is really more serious as you said! It is the first time now, for me at least, where an Ultraman emerged from cyberspace... Is Gamu on the series younger then on the movies? 
So MAX is cool... oh my god... where am I going to find space on my harddrive? Jeez... 
So Mebius is going to the end of the line...  I have so much to watch!

BTW, Greedland has many torrents with english in the titles and some of them have the katakana in the titles. So, you really just have to browse the list to find something of interest, and there's plenty to choose from.

Zettai Toku seem to be releasing the entire ULTRAMAN GAIA series, sourced from the Japanese DVDs - it's been at least one episode release a day for a while now. Episodes 1-14 are already up:

Hello, just one thing I would like to say about Greedland... You can find a lot of things on their site typing 奥特曼 on the search bar... On Ultraman Lah! This means Ultraman in chinese... So, I tried it and a lot of things appeared.... A lot with Ultra Q, Ultraman Ace and so on... So, explore that site... it ought be usefull but there are no seeders there...I think...
OH yeah, and for people that want to see A LOT of scans, visit this site:

I think Ultraman LAH! will never be upset with us again... Their scans are little ants compared to the amount of scans on this site... They scanned every magazine in Japan for a lot of years I think... there are even artbooks for christ sake...

Yeah, Thai Toku is great. I've pulled quite a bit of stufff out of there before.
Lah was never mad at us. Our forums are pretty connected, especially since I'm a moderator there too.

Am about to ask a question about the meaning of a couple of words (here goes). The word thread does that mean page?? When you said to go to Utorrent did you mean bit torrent and type in Ultraman?? A person from YouTube told me to go to a site titled isoHunt and follow directions. I have and when you start to download it goes to a site titled bitComet. I believe I am downloading Ultraman Max, vol 1-10. Am I doing it right?? Are those sites ok?? I don't want to mess this up?? You haven't turned me in the wrong dirrection so want to do just like you say.

All of the information you need is on this site and a quick search through google. There are a few FAQs out there that would be able to walk your through the process and answer any questions you have while you are trying, instead of having to check back here and ask questions everytime you are confused. You aren't going to mess up because you really can't mess up. You are downloading files not reconfiguring your computer.
Example of what torrenting requires-
1- Install a bittorrent client (right now, just use BitComet or uTorrent)
2- Download a torrent.
3- Open it up with BitComet or uTorrent.
4- Watch it download.
